Yessenia Rojas, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified pediatric psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner in UT Health Austin Pediatric Psychiatry at Dell Children’s, a clinical partnership between Dell Children’s Medical Center and UT Health Austin. With extensive experience in community-based care, inpatient mental health, and telehealth services, she specializes in the treatment of anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and developmental disabilities.

Yessenia Rojas earned her bachelor’s degree in recreational therapy from Texas State University and her master’s degree in nursing with a focus on integrated behavioral health and nursing leadership from The University of Texas at Austin. She earned her post-graduate certificate in psychiatric mental health nursing from Duke University, where she was part of the inaugural team that established a resiliency camp in collaboration with the Chippewa Cree Tribe at Rocky Boy Reservation.

Yessenia Rojas is dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health conditions.
