Walkiria “Walki” Raposo, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker in UT Health Austin Pediatric Psychiatry at Dell Children's, a clinical partnership between Dell Children's Medical Center and UT Health Austin. She is also a part of UT Health Austin’s Integrated Behavioral Health care team. With more than 10 years of experience, she specializes in treating anxiety, chronic health conditions, chronic pain, depression, family violence/intimate partner violence, and trauma.

Walki Raposo earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in sociology from Chestnut Hill College. She earned her master’s degree in social work from New York University Silver School of Social Work. She has provided mental health services in a variety of settings, including school-based services, child welfare, community services, programs for survivors of violence, legal advocacy, and health settings. She has extensive experience in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, solution-focused brief therapy, and other therapeutic modalities. She has also completed additional training in cognitive behavioral therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy for chronic pain, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia and nightmares, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and cognitive processing therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder.

Walki Raposo is dedicated to providing mental health services to youth, individuals, and families. Her clinical focus involves working with culturally and ethnically diverse populations. She is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Texas Chapter.
