Clinical Biography
Madeline Loftin, MEng, CCP, LP, is a certified pediatric perfusionist in the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease, a clinical partnership between Dell Children's Medical Center and UT Health Austin. She specializes in pediatric perfusion. Additionally, Madeline Loftin serves as the Perfusionist for the Dell Medical School Department of Pediatrics at The University of Texas at Austin.
She earned her bachelor's degree and master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Texas A&M University. Madeline then completed a clinical cardiovascular perfusion certification at the UT McGovern Medical School Cardiovascular Perfusion Program in Houston, TX.
Madeline has a passion for clinical research and hopes to pursue many projects focusing on the effort to bridge the gap between medicine and engineering.
