Jasmine Thomas, PhD, is a licensed pediatric psychologist in UT Health Austin Pediatric Psychiatry at Dell Children’s, a clinical partnership between Dell Children’s Medical Center and UT Health Austin. She specializes in behavioral health for children and adolescents. Additionally, Dr. Thomas is an assistant professor in the Dell Medical School Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at The University of Texas at Austin.
Dr. Thomas earned her doctorate in clinical psychology with a focus on pediatric behavioral health from Palo Alto University. She completed both a residency in pediatric psychology and a fellowship in primary care at Dell Children’s Medical Center.
Dr. Thomas' clinical interests include parent-child interaction therapy, working with pediatric patients in primary care settings, and improving access to evidence-based mental health treatments. She earned Excellence in Clinical Work award from Palo Alto University and the Humanism Award from the Dell Medical School. She contributes to team-based telehealth consultation services through the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) initiatives.
