Nayrobith Lisset Betancourt, LMSW

Clinical Biography

Lisset Betancourt, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker with UT Health Austin Pediatric Psychiatry at Dell Children's, a clinical partnership between Dell Children's Medical Center and UT Health Austin. She provides counseling services to individuals and families enrolled in the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) program. She is also a part of UT Health Austin’s Integrated Behavioral Health care team.

Lisset completed a Bachelor of Social Work degree at The University of Texas at Austin, shortly after becoming a case manager and worked with pregnant and parenting adolescents, and children with psychiatric conditions. She completed a Master of Science in Social Work at Our Lady of The Lake University in San Antonio, followed by an internship at the YWCA Greater Austin, providing individual and group therapy to adults, adolescents and children. Upon graduation, she was offered a full-time position with YWCA Greater Austin as a bilingual lead therapist, where she continued to provide individual and group therapy with a focus on anxiety and depression among Latinx population.
