Kathleen Stanton, PhD, is a pediatric psychologist in the Comprehensive Fetal Care Center, a clinical partnership between Ascension Seton and UT Health Austin. She also practices in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and Labor and Delivery Unit at Dell Children's Medical Center. She specializes in perinatal and infant mental health.

Dr. Stanton obtained her bachelor's degree from Duke University and her doctorate degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She completed an internship in trauma-informed assessment and therapy at Westcoast Children's Clinic in Oakland, California, and a postdoctoral fellowship in infant, early childhood, and perinatal mental health at the University of California, San Franciso Infant-Parent Program. Her past research has focused on the role of cultural values in youth adjustment and family functioning.
